Misko is the new owner and manager of the Windsor Castle, who has had over 30 years of experience in the restaurant/dining industry and has seen it all!
With “Restaurant of the Year” Award behind him for his last venture in Leeds last year – Misko’s wealth of experience and management style, combine the secret ingredient to making the Windsor Castle an exciting contemporary pub dining experience for his customers to be repeatedly enjoyed.

The head chef Michael has worked with his team hard to ensure that consistency and quality is key in every dish that passes out to the customer.
It has to be said that we believe a few of the dishes will become legendary – but that is definitely for you the customer to decide – so if you haven’t already found your firm favourites on the main menu – don’t miss out on pudding!
